We loved the interior which turned out to be bigger than we thought while looking at the house from the outside. Nicely equipped kitchen. Beds very comfy, stylish bathroom. We appreciated good wi-fi and availability of streaming services (Netflix, Disney, etc.). The AC was on (@71 F) when we arrived which was a lifesaver on a super hot day. Good location just minutes away from the park entrance. We were a bit disappointed that no bears visited the property while we were there :-)

Set within 48 km of Palm Springs Visitor Center and 48 km of Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, The Bungalows by Homestead Modern offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Joshua Tree. With mountain views, this accommodation provides a patio and a swimming pool. There is parking on-site and the property features an electric vehicle charging station. The bungalow was perfect, a real home away from home ideally located near the Joshua Tree National Park; it was beautifully designed and furnished (with free water bottles and other commodities which we appreciated), charming, with a secluded and private view to the surrounding desert. The beds were so comfortable, that we slept peacefully and felt regenerated after a 6 hours drive. We woke up at 5.30 to see the sun rising and it was one of the more memorable moments of our trip. Sadly we stayed only one night but I definitely want to go back again to enjoy the surrounding area more and the bungalow.

The address and the way to get to the property was communicated properly in advance. The house is clean and spacious, with reasonable price and distance from Death Valley National Park. A full kitchen with some food in the refrigerator was available. The house is decorated with a special taste. And the best of course is the night sky.
