The house was lovely and the fireplace made it easy to keep things warm and cozy. The beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the beautiful view from the restaurant during breakfast. The property was great: well-equipped, comfortable and clean, with a nice view on Pico. Lucy was very helpful and made us feel welcome with a nice food basket! The apartment is located near the bigger villages on the island but keep in mind that you'll need a car to go to a restaurant.

The place is quiet and you hear the birds singing around you. The house is spacious, extremely clean and you have all the appliances needed to make something to eat if you’re just too tired to go out. We were received by Raquel, who was extremely nice, and even recommended us with a few places to eat around the island, which were also incredibly good. This hospitality was extended even after our trip when I forgot my iPad on the local and contacted the host who carefully packed it and mailed to my home address. My favorite things were probably the breakfast which was delivered in a basket and left at our doorstep every morning, everything was fresh and mostly local, we were able to enjoy breakfast in the house at any time we felt fit, instead of having a scheduled buffet somewhere in a common place as it’s usual in the hotels, the effective cleaning and the rituals amenities were also a big plus as well as a very calm pool although the weather was not on our side. Overall we enjoyed every minute of our stay, it’s a really nice place with easy access and with priceless peace.

There is also private parking, and nice garden with bbq facilities. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was left in the fridge for us (local products) and the fact that the baker brought us bread in the morning was also really nice. The location is also pretty good, just few minutes walk from the center of the village and the shop, and the Santa Barbara viewpoint can also be reached on foot (about 15 minute walk downhill). The host was also really helpful, tried to help us with everything and even offered to pay for our breakfast one morning when the baker forgot to bring us the bread. Overall a great apartment in a very peaceful environment for a great price.
