Bojana was incredibly helpful and always attentive to our needs. They even celebrated my birthday twice and gave me present which meant a lot to us. A big thanks to Nenad, the professional and friendly waiter who quickly learned our preferences and made every meal a pleasure.and also They were really careful about the our Muslim friendly diet.thanks a lot . The property is non-smoking and is located 10 km from Sea Gate - Main Entrance. It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. We definitely recommend it and will surely come back! It’s probably one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed in. The cleanliness is exceptional, truly spotless. Everything is new and equipped with absolutely everything you might need. They have thought of every detail. There’s a front yard with parking and a lovely backyard with plenty of cozy spots to relax. It’s such a peaceful and charming atmosphere. Inside, everything is modern, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for, including a washing machine. The host was incredibly kind and communication was excellent. The only thing to note is that it’s not right in Kotor, but we traveled by car, so it was perfect for us. We loved driving into Kotor and coming back here to unwind. It’s a wonderful place to relax with your loved ones, and we truly can’t wait to return! Thank you!

The location is an absolute gem, hidden in the forest, quiet and welcoming, and a lot of privacy and serenity. We had the possibility of grilling and enjoying a night fire, which is a plus. The place is really clean and comfortable as presented and pet friendly. Our dog loved the small olive fenced garden. We ate pomegranates and kakis from the yard and walked barefoot and sunbathe as well. It is really close to the old city and the beach, 10-15 min by car (or bikes, if you have them, take them with you, it is fun roaming around and exploring Bar). 10**** The owner was helpful and responded quickly to our requests. All of the villas are absolutely new, the location is absolutely perfect, its quite location with a lot of great beaches nearby, the view from bedroom is amazing, the hostages are really friendly and help with all requests, so i advice this villa for 1000%, pool is nice, so everything is absolutely perfect.
