My parents and I really loved our stay here. It is a beautiful, modern, bright apartment, and it’s been so nice to sit on the balcony. We love this part of the town as it’s a bit quieter, but still a short walk to the historic centre. The host was very attentive and helpful.

Let us check in early, left snacks and lemoncello, checked in on us a few times to see if we needed anything, left fresh towels after a few days. Really easy to communicate with. Having a washing machine was great Apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean, by far the cleanest place that we stayed during our trip. Super high ceilings, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Perfect location within walking distance to everything, nice to have a balcony to sit on and enjoy drinks.

Easy communication, very fast answers via messages, uncomplicated. Apartment was clean, everything prepared for our stay. 4th floor but easy accessible via a lift, if one need it.

There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The holiday home features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. We liked Umberto and Fely (who lives upstairs), they are both very sweet and helpful and arranged a lot of stuff, mostly via WhatsApp. They have a daughter to help out with english translation when you arrive etc. We also liked the apartment itself with the little garden, the view from the upper terrace, and that the house was far away from everything touristy. The town Termini is a great little local town with no tourists and it has a little piazza with an amazing view of Capri. There is a small market, a butcher, a cafe, an ATM and that is it. We also had Fely and her mom to make us a lovely dinner on the upper terrace and it doesn’t get more local than that. If you rent a car, do not rent anything bigger than a Fiat Panda … the road to and from the house is very narrow. If you have a bigger car, there is a reserved spot at the piazza which is app 5 min away.

The place is such a lovely and beautiful place, very clean and cozy. But the most spectacular thing about the property is how attentive and caring is María, the Host. She really is something else. Trying to make you feel at home, makes the whole experience even more special. Thanks for everything! When we get back to Sorrento we will definitely be looking to stay back in here.

They are some of the kindest, most genuinely caring people we’ve ever met—always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The property itself is stunning—full of life, with vibrant homegrown tomatoes, lush lemon gardens, and the most breathtaking views of the coast. It felt like being wrapped in nature and love all at once. The location is also perfect—peaceful and serene, yet easily accessible with a shuttle bus and nearby train station making day trips simple and stress-free. What truly made our stay special, though, were the people. Beautiful souls in a beautiful setting. We left feeling rested, inspired, and incredibly grateful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and heartwarming Italian escape.
