The hotel itself was new - we were told that they just opened it a month ago - and super clean, the manager and the owner were also really helpfull and made our stay comfortable and safe. The room haf a bed, and also the sofa, which was really comfortable and big, great internet connection, nice view from the balcony, really nice kitchen and dining area. There is also a washing machine and a dryier available to everybody from 9:30ish untill around 18:00 that can be accessed from main reception era :) We chose this hotel due to a problem with a flat we rented originally, and Eccelso was one of the last ones available with great rewievs and photos. I can highly recommend it to everyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay close to the historic centre of Palermo :)

We absolutely loved the place! It’s super spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The host was so kind, easy to talk to, and always ready to help if we needed anything. Big thanks to him again for everything! We’ve got only good things to say and would definitely recommend it. If we ever find ourselves in Sicily again, we’d love to come back here!

The owner was super friendly and was available for any questions. The apartment is at a great location with lots of restaurants/bars/caffees just a few minutes away. The apartment had all the necessary equipment and was super clean and new. This was a great place to stay 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Catania! The amenities were excellent, the location was perfect for exploring the city, and everything was spotless. The house is clean, beds were comfortable. The host was nice and took care of us. There is free parking on the street or secure parking 10metres away from the property.
