From the moment we arrived, Marija welcomed us with such warmth and generosity that we immediately felt at home. She is truly a kind-hearted and thoughtful host, always making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Her hospitality was simply outstanding. The villa itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully thought through—from the fully stocked kitchen to the little touches like extra towels, coffee, spices, and even board games. It really felt like everything we could possibly need was already there, and more. We especially enjoyed the outdoor barbecue area, which was perfect for relaxing evenings with family and friends. The washing machine and dryer made life easy during our stay, and even the dartboard added a fun twist to our time at the villa—we spent many cheerful evenings competing and laughing together. The house is ideal for families or groups, with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a peaceful atmosphere. The surrounding area is quiet and scenic, which made our stay all the more relaxing. Marija went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her kind spirit truly made this trip special. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. Very clean and warm, jacuzzi was great, woodstove was amazing for atmosphere. That day it snowed a lot so it was very cozy to be in the apartment. It has a lovely terrace if the weather is warm. Bed was spacious and comfortable. Shower was great. Overall a great place to spend snowy night or two.

Ana and her husband were so welcoming & hospitable. Started the fire before we arrived on a cold evening. The lodge was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a wonderful spread. Just a couple of miles to the lakes and Ana gave us good advice about it. Will definitely recommend !

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. I've seen many mouse houses in my life, but not so special :) And the owner built the house himself! The house is located on the hillside in a place that can rightly be called a retreat. When we (me and my husband) arrived, the jacuzzi was already waiting for us, so there was nothing to do but to take a dip in the warm water and relax under the starry sky in complete silence breathing in the scents of hay and flowers. The owner, Dragana, was extremely friendly. She prepared us a cheese-tomato-olive plate, fruits, juice and local fruit brandy ready on the table for us. She gave us this same brandy produced by her and her family in a small beautiful gift bottle when we were leaving. I would say, I didn't want to leave :) This building and this place is worth seeing if you're going to visit Plitvica Park!
