Such a beautiful apartment. Pictures tell their own story. The 10 is due to the attention to detail, it's well equipped, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, furnished and the owner Sasha goes above and beyond.

The property was clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen with all things you can imagine. A big garden with BBQ where you can spend time. Staff explained us everything and answered all our questions. Hope to come again! We recommend!!!

Very silent place, very good for relaxing and recharging. It has a real seaview from rooms and also from the terrace. Equiped with all necessary eqiupment.

Villa Artemis II is an excellent, high quality 3 bedroom villa nestled in the hills a short walk (5 mins) from the delightful sleepy village and marina of Zman. Tomislav is an excellent & thoughtful host who went out of his way to make our stay smooth & comfortable with excellent attention to detail (water, a few beers, homemade olive oil etc all provided free of charge on arrival is a nice touch many other hosts forget). Tomi grew up on on Dugi Otok, so has an excellent understanding of the island showing us the best beach (Veli Zal) and even a secret off road bay. Overall Dugi Otok is a wonderful quiet & serene island which is our favourite so far on our travels to Croatia (and we've been to a good few of the more famous ones - Brac, Vis, Hvar, Korcula, Pag etc) The villa is new and immaculately clean, built with a good eye for minimal design. There are plans for Artemis III which will create a mini 'Zman Hills' above the village. Although not shown on maps as a 'beach' we actually loved the local bay the best place we found for swimming anywhere on the island as it is on the East side of Dugi Otok and sheltered from the open Adriatic as well as being protected by natural break waters, so usually very flat & calm with a very long (100 metre x 50 Metre) clear swimming area marked by buoys away from the boats. The villa pool is also nice and fun for kids. There is a friendly local shop and three places to eat (2 Konoba's, 1 Burger bar) + one cafe / ice cream spot which are all very handy. There are quite a few fancy villas already and more being built so Zman definitely looks like a place 'on the up'. We don't often go back to the same place twice but actually we would most definitely return to Zman & Villa Artemis. You will not be disappointed to book.

Quality of this villa meets my expectations from internet adverts. It is spacious, clean and comfortable place located few meters from the beach with crystal clear, warm water. Place perfectly accommodate two families or group of friends looking for private, luxury relaxing time with immediate proximity of beautiful beach and amenities such restaurants and shops with little or none of tourists around. If not fancy to stay on the beach no issue as in Villa you can relax on spacey patio and stay all day long in private jacuzzi. Highly recommend Villa Mare Vista as a perfect place to enjoy our precious free time. Definitely looking to come back there soon. Wlodek
