The property was very clean and modern. The furniture was well laid out so you felt very comfortable. The cute backyard with the hammock was a great touch. The location was very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants very close, as well as the port. I would be happy to book this property again.

Rooms where cleaned daily and the private pool makes the experience perfect. Wi-Fi coverage is perfect and AC is available in every room. There are awesome recommendations that came from the hosts. The kitchen is fully functional and coffee is available for the first day on behalf of the host. Will highly recommend to all my friends and family!

The rooms were cleaned everyday and our laundry washed. This was much more than we expected. Highly recommend it!

The property has pool and garden views, and is 27 km from Agios Dionysios Church. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The outdoor space was so well-furnished that it felt like a second living room — we ended up spending the whole day on the terrace. The pool water was a bit too cold to swim in, but just relaxing on the terrace was enough. We really appreciated that they provided not only a baby cot but also a high chair for our daughter. While there weren’t many restaurants nearby, The Old Windmill and Mikro Nisi were both delicious and absolutely fantastic!

Guests can make use of the children's playground or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the sea and garden. it was paradise..located on northeast side of Zakynthos away from all the touristy congested things. you need to rent a car if you wish to see the island which we did from the airport before arriving. Katharine the owner and her staff were exceptional. we were greeted upon arrival once unpacked our host sat down with us on our beautiful balcony viewing the Ionian Sea and showed us a map of the island, places we might want to see and made several restaurant suggestions which we enjoyed.restaurant Bassia, Cave Daminas and steps from the villa Amoudi beach restaurant. the villa was cleaned daily and the ordered breakfast served on your porch was lovely. ( for 18 euros you had a magnificent selection of eggs, waffles, pancakes, fresh squeezed Orange juice, coffee, fruit, bacon,omelets, spinach or cheese pie. we also requested little sandwiches so we could take on our adventures during the day. we bought snorkels down the street and small local mini groc stores…every night enjoyed local wine purchased there. Friendly staff and it has its own beach front and lounging area… very private. This is the only place we would stay on Zakynthos and will recommend to everyone. Boat rental for a day- captains boat rental economy boat -no license required -the Sea water is the most brilliant blue we have ever seen!
