The house is in the countryside, in a quiet and relaxing location, perfect for a family: children may play in the garden, where there are four nice colorful hammocks, some nice trees, a rooster and two hens. In the garden, close to the kitchen, there is also a nice wide patio where you can have breakfast and relax on a sofa. I was positively surprised by the care that the owner placed in all the details: the house was decorated with several nice little statues of frogs and a big nice frog was painted at the entrance of the house. No need of air conditioning, as - though we stayed there in mid August - in the house we could enjoy a good temperature and a bit of wind. The house was equipped with any comfort, a perfect mix between the comfort of a hotel (bathrobes, shampoos, bedroom slippers, etc.) and the comfort of a house (kitchen tools, washing machine detergent, etc.). Everything was clean and new. Walking just five-ten minutes we could get to small supermarkets and to the bus line that connects the port and several beaches. I strongly recommend it.

A gorgeous contemporary style house, immaculate and super clean. Beautiful terrace for breakfast and a lovely little courtyard entrance too. We loved the location, a few minutes walk to the harbour and sea front and also down to the Main Street, shops and cafes etc. It was also very quiet and we slept so well. Kefi House was also close to a lovely local friendly taverna, just around the corner (and a pizzeria which we didn’t try). We would definitely return.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this wonderfully equipped villa. Nestled in the hillside amongst the forest, the views were incredible and we had some lovely walks - including up to the local winery. The hosts were the most thoughtful people we have ever stayed with. Everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

The villa was very clean and comfortable. We particularly loved the pool (especially the giant beanbag!) and the variety of outdoor seating areas - we sat somewhere new every evening! The panoramic view from the villa is absolutely amazing. George was very helpful, he always responded quickly and was able to provide 2 cots and high chairs which made our stay much easier.

this year we visited the island of skiathos for the first time, we booked a house through booking.. everything was perfect, the house is in nature, here you can enjoy the silence.. in front of the house there is a beautiful garden, summer kitchen, children can play.. beaches, town everything it is close it is good to reserve a car. the owners are very very friendly, always available, on the beach not far away they have a water skiing school, various water sports and also offer full-day boat rentals at very reasonable prices. our family enjoyed it very much and I warmly recommend it to others.

I was very pleased with this property. It was brand new and everything was clean and spotless. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. Bathroom was 10/10 and the balcony view was amazing. Definitely worth the price. Very happy

The layout was excellent and the property was well resourced. The property was beautifully designed, it felt very traditionally Greek but with modern facilities. The location was perfect just off the top of the main shopping road and a stones throw from the theatre.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time in this spacious apartment ! The view is even more fascinating in real life, definitely the highlight of our trip ! We spent a lot of time at the lovely terrace, the vibes were immaculate. Our host Stelios was really helpful, always there for us if we needed something and his recommendations were on point as well. I hope we can return as soon as possible !
