This recently renovated holiday home is located 300 metres from Castle of Ioannina and 200 metres from Cathedral Church of Agios Athanasios. The holiday home has family rooms. I’ve been there for two times. One of my best experiences with booking!! I love it, and I’ll be back for the summer.

Locanta villa decor is both calming & charming with a modern, minimalistic twist. We found it to be immaculately clean & tidy and the beds were so comfortable and dreamily soft! Our favourite feature was the luxurious corner bath… It is situated perfectly within the castle grounds close to areas of interest (within 1 min walk of the lake!) and local bars and restaurants. Our hosts were responsive, friendly & professional. Can’t rate Locanta higher and will certainly be back!

Each room has a patio with garden views. excellent room, very careful all the details from appliances, breakfast and cleaning service. Magical view from the balcony right in the heart of Parga. very convenient room, with daily cleaning, fantastic breakfast and Mr. Vassilis, the owner, is so helpful and does this job with great love. The villa is beautiful, clean, equipped with all the appliances needed for a long stay. The garden has a playground for children. The private pool is very clean, maintained daily and was the children's attraction. We felt great in this location!
