It was a very comfortable house with all the necessary things (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, lots of cutlery, dishes, etc.) We felt like we were in our own house The apartment has 4 bedrooms each with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms (one with bath and shower and the other with With shower In addition to the bedroom there is a large living room with three sofas connected to a large kitchen from which there is access to the terrace and the small garden.  On the upper floor, an extra bed on the balcony. You can close the windows and create an additional sleeping space and we are very happy. An ideal place for a quiet and active holiday, very wonderful. And the owner took care of us all the time I recommend it wholeheartedly and we will return there again

Surrounded by a lush garden, the villas feature their own private pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers. Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout. I think Meltemi Villas was my top 3 stays, ever. We travelled in a group of 4 adults and 2 kids below 2 years old. The villa was spacious enough, each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was extremely convenient when traveling in mixed groups with or without kids. The pool area was great even though we travelled in November. The location is close to the airport and opens multiple possibilities to sightsee Cyprus. However, the very best was the owners hospitality, truly on an unmatched level. From support before arrival, to welcoming pizza on our first evening, to all the tips related to traveling/restaurants etc. We felt welcomed and taken care of. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed with a thoughtful welcome pack, including a selection of food items, wine, and sweets. The villa was impeccably clean, and every detail was carefully considered. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, including coffee machines, washing machine, a dishwasher, and more. The cleaning service available every other day and the housekeeping lady was always nearby, ready to assist with any extra cleaning or rubbish removal. The location of the villa was truly exceptional—just a 30-second walk to the beach, a local playground nearby, and a shopping center only a few minutes’ drive away. The heated pool kept the kids entertained and made our stay even more enjoyable. Many thanks for a pleasant stay and outstanding service. We would highly recommend this villa and look forward to returning!
