Location is excellent, just a block from the beach and walking distance to markets and fantastic beach front restaurant. House is immaculately clean. Kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms have AC for a restful sleep. Was great to have indoor parking. The garden is amazing and the pool outstanding. The host is best of the best: I made the reservation early on the same day and she let us in earlier as soon as cleaning was done. Communication and instructions were timely and clear. I’m very thankful with the host

A very calm and relaxing spot in the middle of the nature. Markus the host is very welcoming and offered to cook dinner on both of our evenings, which was very delicious. We enjoyed spending time at the Hacienda together with his super cute dogs, swimming in the pool, doing close by hikes and just enjoying the calm of the surrounding nature. Its also a great place for a visit to Manuel Antonio and to avoid staying at the crowded places next to the nationalpark. We can only recommend to stay at the Hacienda and hope to be able to visit this special place again in the future! Thanks Markus for having us!

The sight over the jungle and the pacific are astonishing. We could even observe a couple od parrots in the morning. The private pool is perfect to cool down as it is hot and humid in santa teresa. It is not a hotel, but our personal concierge service Sereen replied always prompt and helped us with everything we asked for. The kitchen is small but goodly equipped. If you stay in santa teresa, this will turn your fantastic holiday into a special one.
