We had two units separated by a separating door, and it worked well for our group of 4. The host was extremely thoughtful: fresh tub of butter, 2L of milk in the fridge, fresh bread, a bottle of wine, a cup of chocolates in each unit. It felt like staying on a golf course. We had the pleasure of watching the kangaroos playing on the grassy patch right in front of our window. Close to popular wineries (Audrey Wilkinson is about 10min drive, Peterson House is just down the road, Turrell is close by).

Location to the local wineries is a definite, but once we arrived the whole setting of our accommodation overlooking the 27 rows at hermitage was a bonus. The peacefulness and quality of the accommodation was wonderful.

Located close to the center of Pokolbin and perched on the side of a hill, the view from the balcony was beautiful. If I had visited in Spring/Summer, I would have spent all my time on the balcony. Complimentary transfer from the bistro to the villa was a lifesaver. The villa was beautifully furnished and well equipped. Added touches of fresh milk and complimentary wine were just a bonus.

Boasting free Wi-Fi, free breakfast and free BBQ facilities, Wine Country Villas is located in the heart of the Hunter Valley. Could have stayed here much longer. Breakfast was amazing - eggs, bacon, muffins, coffee - really went above and beyond! Loved the location and the pool, used the BBQ quite a bit as well. Enjoyed watching the wildlife each day and hot air balloons.

I loved everything about this property, the owner was lovely and came to meet us as we got out of our car to show us the place and hand over the keys. The breakfast provided was beautiful, and they graciously catered to our dietary needs. The views were beautiful and the location was quiet and peaceful, but also close to everything we wanted to see and do. I would absolutely stay here again, cannot recommend it highly enough!

We had 5 adults and 2 children and we had more than enough room. The house looks to be newly renovated and its very clean, well furnished and comfortable. We had a couple of minor issues and the owners were there in a couple of minutes to help. It really couldn't be much better.
