All I can say is WOW. I was not expecting this level of cleanliness, comfort and high quality service and decor from an apartment holiday rental. The name really lives up to its name, Belek LUXURY, The apartment was spotless, cleaner than many 5 star hotels I’ve stayed. The bonus was when we found out there’s no shoes worn in the apartment. Everything was of high quality, the bed linen was beautifully woven Cotton, and so crisp and white. The furniture land apartments look so new. The grounds are very well kept and the pool looks delightful. I loved how secure the property is, surrounded by high security fencing and a secured gate at entry. Now the service. Wow what amazing service. Mohsin, the manager of the property, went far and beyond our expectations. He greeted us at the gate and took our bags. Shows us around and offered his help at anytime. He even provided us with extra blankets and towels for the kids. The fridge was filled with water and juice box, everything was so thoughtfully considered. Mohsin was like a protected father, when we couldn’t get a taxi he dropped us off at the theme park which was so conveniently close. Everything is close by, shopping centre. Land of legends, restaurant, everything is less then 7 min away. Mohsin stayed up for us when we were out late, and offered to pick us up, such a wonderful person. The apartment has air conditioning in every room, and when there was a power outage at 3am in the morning, Mohsin answered his phone immediately and went outside to check what the problem was, it was a power outage out of his control, some electric company issue that this was fixed within 30min. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return to Antalya. Such beautiful and humble hospitality in a beautify modern and extremely clean complex with all the amenities you need. And the price was amazing. You’d pay 5 times as much for a resort that had the same modern and clean finishes and amazing service

We stayed at paradise Town Villa in October 2023. When we arrived at the villa the reality exceeded our expectations. The villa is just beautiful, very spacious. it has all the amenities. Very spacious villa for our group of friends. Clean and comfortable. Located in a quiet residential area, away from central Belek but well located for access to all the golf courses. Multiple bed setup with plenty of bathrooms. Great pool and outside area for relaxing, fitted with drinking water dispenser. Good communication with host who was very responsive.

We liked the place (duplex with two floors which was spacious (one room was not a bit one, but served the purpose!) and let people to have their own space. Was very comfortable for 5 of us, everything was like on pictures. The entrance was shared only with one more flat. We had even hand soap, some washing powder and dishwasher tables which is sometimes not that common for apartments in Europe. We had a terrace and asked for a foldable table to have breakfast and dinners, and they arranged it. The bbq (coil and fire set up needs to be bought) was amazing option to have there. We’ve rechecked in advance about the cooking stuff and cutlery, the manager Aslan was responsive. He was patient and gave explanation about shops and market around and beaches. The beach was around 800 m which is good for keeping a shape. Warm water, that we spent hours there. Public beach with free sun-beds and shades (very nice bonus!), one restaurant on the beach with fish and kebab dishes and other Turkish starters, it was good. The shared pool was clean and with nice green grass and flowers around. Was amazing for morning exercises! I read old comments and someone said that if you want experience a life of a local person then this is a place, and I agree with this. So peaceful! No crowds, although we’ve been in September.

Our stay at this stunning villa in Turkey was pure perfection! The private swimming pool was an absolute dream—sparkling clean, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. We loved lounging in the sun and taking refreshing dips at any time of day. The villa itself was luxurious and spacious, with modern amenities, cozy bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor dining area was ideal for breakfasts in the sunshine and evening meals under the stars. The best part? The location was just minutes away from Land of Legends—an added bonus for thrill-seekers and families! We could easily visit the theme park and water attractions while still enjoying a peaceful retreat at the villa. Our host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, even surprising us with delicious Turkish delight on our last day—a sweet ending to an amazing holiday. Their hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for luxury, convenience, and a touch of Turkish warmth.

The villa was very modern and luxury. It was also cleaned to a very high standard when we arrived. We had all the facilities needed for our stay at the villa including the extras of a washing machine and iron. When we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome pack which included the necessities for our first day which was helpful. The villa is within walking distance to Belek city centre where there is many restaurants, shops and amenities. We visited Belek public beach which was only a 5 minute drive from the villa and it was a very enjoyable day out. We also visited the Land of Legends theme park which lived up to the very high expectations and was only a 13 minute drive from the villa. There is a taxi service very close to the villa and also in the city centre if needed for days out to the beach, theme park etc. We felt very safe and comfortable at this villa due to the high level of security which included a coded front gate and front door, security cameras in all outside areas and the shutters on all windows and doors which was very useful when leaving the villa and overnight. Every room was fitted with air conditioning which was very effective. The TV has lots of streaming apps like Netflix so there is plenty to watch and the Wi-Fi is effective throughout the villa. The pool is very big and of a good temperature, it is cleaned every morning. Kubra & Meryem were very helpful and informative and any questions we had were answered immediately over WhatsApp. The maintenance team who came to clean the pool were friendly.
