- charming garden for relaxation with many seating options - clean rooms with comfortable beds - enough hot water with good strong flow - no light smog, no wifi We enjoyed simple but very comfortable and functional accommodation. We were enchanted by the beautiful garden around the house, where we relaxed in our free time. The adults enjoyed the peace and energy of the place, the children the swings, the hammock and the visit of the cat lady. I can imagine to spend here more than two days!

The location is great, in the middle of mountains, ver nice view and short ride from the Balcony walk. The owners are very nice. Both breakfast and dinner (5 OMR/person) were delicious. Both rooms are spacious and have bathrooms.

Very nice location with great view nearby. Host is very nice and make it very cozy for us. Super quiet and good food. The owner is also local guide. So even if you don't have 4WD you can still enjoy Jabal Shams with his guide and ride.
