A place with a breathtaking view and relaxing outside space! It was something really soothing to see the sunrise from this beautiful terrace every morning. The host was very responsive, kind and helpful. The house was very close to the beach, shops and restaurants, although only by car, as the place is located quite high and getting there on foot could be exhausting. It was completely quiet there but please be aware that there are neighbors above and on the side so if you come in the high season this might be different. The price was very fair.

The location and view are amazing, such a beautiful place and so very peaceful! The house has everything that you need and the owner is very kind and helpful! Everything that you need is at walking distance and the beach is beautiful and the restaurants serve great seafood. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Perfect location, with everything nearby (beach, supermarket, restaurants, etc.). The parking for our car was just outside the house. Andrea is probably the best host we've had in years of travel, very communicative and attentive. He went beyond ordinary to help us with the stay, particularly the last day when we had a late flight. The house is small, but adequate for our family of four, with a 3.5 years old kid and a 8 months baby co-sleeping. In the patio/garden we found a beach umbrella and several toys, which our kid really enjoyed playing with. We had a great time. Grazie Andrea!

    We had an amazing stay at Villa Mandorlo. The villa is situated at a beautiful location in Castiadas with a really nice sea view from the balcony, walking distance from a scenic beach and 7 mins drive to a supermarket in Costa Rei. The care takers of the property have done a great job in maintaining it. Garden and pool area were highlights to us where we chilled, grilled, played and swim a lot! Thanks to our host Anna who did a great job in assuring smooth check-in and check-out process.

    A wonderful, cozy and well-kept villa. We felt completely at home. The villa has beautiful and comfortable furniture, all necessary items and plenty of kitchen tools and utensils. The large terrace has a lot of comfortable furniture, a beautiful and well-kept yard. The terrace has a great view of the sea.

    Everything is just perfect, everything is thought through to every detail. There was anything you'd ever need, starting from hygiene products and ending at beach equipment (sun bathing chairs, sun umbrellas, beach games). It was spotlessly clean and the owner was very welcoming. The view from the garden is amazing! The villa is conveniently located with restaurants and the beach nearby. I would highly recommend to anyone! We'll definitely return.

    The location was perfect for our plans as its near Cala Sinzias beach. Private residential area, family friendly, safe neighbourhood and quiet (you can hear music from the beach club opposite but thats only when you are outside) We like the practicality of the space and would be sufficient for a family of 4. Close drive to other beaches (10mins - 20mins) and F&B options within the vicinity as recommended by the host, plus easy to explore other communes like Costa Rei and Villasimius.
