Nice comfortable big house. Wood central heating which worked perfect and which was needed because it frooze a few nights. 2 bathrooms and a bath. Nice rural area. Got some help with a flat tire, much appreciated. We had a great time, now of to see more of the beautiful country.

Very clean well organised place, exceptional value for money. My kids love the place, number of beds, beddings and kitchen are all matching my family needs. Enough parking space for two cars👌 Neigbourhood is super quite and clean and there us plenty of near by resturants and Tesco, a plat ground and the most important thing is that Mayo University hospital is 20 minutes drive from Peggy place. Loves it

This place is a wonderful for countryside getaway. It is really peaceful with the three cutest donkeys and warmest hosts. We really felt welcomed there, Tom and Cahtleen are very active and helpful with all information provided. With their heartiness they are the best hosts ever! Excellent location for west of Ireland, especially for Knock, if you are interested in that. The cottage was beautiful and so comfortable and cosy. Our host was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage held three people easily. There was a lovely shepherd's hut which could be used, but we didn't need it. We had a great time there.

JUST WOW.!! The property is exactly as described, super clean, super comfortable, hot tub was amazing and Claire was an amazing host! There was snow on the ground the night before we were due to arrive and Claire very nicely asked us if we wanted to change to a different date as the roads were so bad but we went ahead and we were so glad we did! Ballyhaunis town was 12 mins away, closer than castlerea and we had a nice Chinese take away for anyone in the future staying in this property! The peace and tranquility is such a win and under 2hrs from Dublin it was perfect for our family reunion. Thank you Claire, we will 100% be back and we can honestly recommend anyone looking for a lovely house away from the world, book this house!! Keith
