I have been to Bali many times and this was definitely one of the top places I have stayed. The setting is amazing, beautiful garden, great seating area overlooking the small pool and river. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you need to do your own cooking. A five minute walk takes you into Desa Tua where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, tofu and tempe. There is also a mini mart with any other supplies you need. The bedroom/living area is very comfortable and the bathroom is big and clean. The owners have done all they can to make your stay comfortable - things like a small first aid kit, a speaker you can connect your phone to, scissors, a torch - they have thought of almost everything. Wayan is a friendly host and can organise a motorbike - there a few beautiful waterfalls in the area - and can help you with onward transport. The place offers a peacefulness that is getting harder and harder to fins in Bali.

We had a wonderful stay at this incredible property. The place is absolutely beautiful and located in a truly unique, non-touristy area of Ubud right in the heart of the rice fields and surrounded by untouched nature. The infinity pool overlooking the landscape is stunning, and the breakfast was simply epic delicious and served with care. A special thank you to Made Widi Putu and the rest of the staff, who were all incredibly kind and helpful at all times. We had an amazing stay at Uddhara Ubud Villa! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of Bali. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right. The location is perfect—close enough to explore Ubud’s attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy the tranquility of nature. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Bali!

Everything! The staff were so friendly and helpful, they supplied us with bug spray as there were quite a few due to it being in the middle of rice fields. The breakfast was tasty and the room was very comfortable. Would definitely go back again next time we are in Ubud!

We loved watching the butterfly’s in the lush garden and swimming in the natural pool. The location was the perfect retreat from the busy centre of Ubud, but still easy to get transport. I would highly recommend getting a massage in the villa, the therapists were fantastic.
