What a wonderful villa, it included everything we needed for seven adults. Very impressed with kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, I have never rented a villa that included everything and more. The pool area was beautiful including the full size table for outside eating. Our host Mladen was very helpful and kept us informed of anything that was happening while we stayed in his villa. There is a supermarket and patisserie in walking distance and Blue & Red lakes only 10 mins drive in Imotski, which also has plenty of restaurants.

Amazing place! Beautiful spcious apartment ever well equipped. Very peaceful and quiet. Incredibly nice host. We communicated very well even without speaking any common language ;) And a beautiful surprise: in the morning we found a bowl with delicious grapes and cherry tomatoes from the garden. Thank you!

2 families with 4 adults, 2 teenagers & 2 kids 9&11. Facilities are great with something for everyone. House is modern, very comfortable, lots of space with everything you need. The Pool table, football table, gym etc all in great condition. Outdoor soccer pitch can be used at night/evening as well when it was cooler as its floodlight. Fantastic views looking down the valley from the pool including a glorious sunsets every night. BBQ area great for a big family meal. The area is great as Imotski is only 5mins drive with shops & great bakeries (Pekeriana). Also a lovely restaurant 10mins walk where we had a great traditional meal, the Pek Pek take away there also which is very popular & the food is great (especially pizzas). Also there a new outside bar by the river there just setup by paddle imotski where you can rent kayaks (def recommend for all ages/ability) & have cocktails to round off the evening or just chill & have the cocktails under the tress :). Great base as lots in the area like the lakes etc only mins drive but the sea is also only 35mins drive with great snorkelling, jump off rocks etc. Bosnia border only a few KM away so easy to get to Mostar (which is a must) or Međugorje if you want. Easy access to Split (70mins drive) & would recommend a day islands speedboat tour (go from Trogir as easier parking and a lovely town to walk around after). Lastly our host Matko was outstanding, friendly, available with advice or any issues & goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect while still really respectful of your privacy.

A great stay at a beautiful villa! Communication from the moment we booked was great. Always quick responses and contacted us with directions etc the day before our arrival. Zvonimir was there to meet us with a lovely, friendly welcome when we arrived to show us round the property. He gave us tips on where to go-local butchers, fish market, shops, days out etc. He also booked us a lovely meal for our first night which was a great start to our holiday. Good communication continued throughout our stay and we always received quick responses when needed. Outside the villa is fantastic. A great pool which we all loved, especially the children. Lots of sun lounges, lovely patio area, outdoor shower and play area for the children with slide, play house, toys etc. Views from the Villa are also beautiful and we often sat watching the sun set. Lots of parking to the rear of the property. We hired cars to get around so the parking was ideal. A big highlight for us was the well stocked bbq room which we used to cook most nights- a big bonus! On entering the villa you will not be disappointed. It is spotless, homely and a lovely place to spend your break. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The living area is comfy and has a large tv where we were able to sign into Netflix. 4 big bedrooms with storage. Plenty of room for two families of 4. Air con was also a great feature, especially during the 37 degree heat and the nets on the windows meant we could get some air in without letting insects in. It was lovely to see Zvonimir on our last night and we really appreciated the gifts he bought us to take home. A fantastic host and Villa which we would highly recommend.

    A really fantastic place with a great atmosphere. The place is quiet and was perfect for us and our two kids. In the region is everything you need, good restaurants, interesting events, nice citys and villages, great nature. The owner is really amazing. He gave us good tips for events and places to visit. Really amazing!

    Excellent villa. Our family group had a variety of ages and having 2 levels meant that my elderly parents could stay on the ground level with easy access to where we spent most of our time. Well equipped kitchens and comfortable bedrooms. Pool area fantastic with great backdrop of the mountains.

    Wonderful villa and pool and great service from Mario - he was there for our delayed late arrival, sorted out wi-fi when it went down and provided a huge home cooked Croatian meal for us one evening. He would have been a great source of knowledge for those wanting recommendations.
