The house is very spacious and has everything you need. We stayed there with 2 dogs and we didn't have any issues as the backyard is very well fenced. Location is perfect if you travel by car and it is in a very quiet neighborhood. The host was very nice and offered to bring us clean towels and bed sheets on the second day of our stay.

Everything was perfect. Owners are very nice and kind. They give you the best experience is possible to have. Inside the apartment you have everything you need and more. Villa Costa Luca exceeded our expectations in nearly every way. Everything you need; beaches, restaurants, groceries and shopping are all within a 20-30 minute walking distance. The view from the top balcony is beautiful, a short hike up the mountain behind the villa provides an exceptional view of Vouliagmeni and the coast. Located far enough outside Athens that it's not too busy, but close enough to make a day trip to many of the historic sites. Comfortably accommodated 6 adults for 8 nights.

The hosts of the villa were happy to help with anything we needed. We were arriving early- much earlier than the check in time for the villa. I sent an email to eleni asking if we could get the keys earlier because I have 3 small children and this was no problem for her! I was so happy. The place was spotlessly clean and the kids were in heaven with the pool and grass area to play football on.

    Villa Terra Mare is a great space for a large group to enjoy a stay close to Athens. The property has lots of high-standard facilities and the managing agent was very responsive to any questions or issues that we had. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed to be able to feed a large group.

    This Villa was perfect! Super spacious, very well appointed and comfortable. The host was great, really responsive and helpful. Setting up transportation with them was really easy as well and the host provided a bunch of great recommendations nearby. The house is slightly off the beaten path but maybe a 15 minute walk into town and no more then a 10 minute drive to some really great restaurants and cabs/ubers are very affordable. Would easily stay here again if I found myself back in Athens!
