A cosy spacious apartment amid gardens and flowers, 11-12min walking from the sea. 5min to the city center with a supermarket, bakery, and numerous fine restaurants. 3 sleeping rooms, along with 2 double-bed lofts in the living room, well equipped kitchen, big patio, all is located very privately, with own parking place. All internal spaces are well airconditioned. A very hospital and helpful host.

Me and my family had a fantastic stay at Villa Marianna. The villa was brand new, clean and well designed featuring spacious and tastefully decorated rooms that were very comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying meals or even have a barbecue. The area was very calm and very close to the beach, meanwhile small shops, cafes were some minutes away by using a car. The staff was incredibly attentive and responsive, always available to assist with any requests or questions we had. We will definitely be back!

First and foremost about our host: George is the most friendly and helpful man we have ever met. He spoiled us with home-baked cookies, home-grown olives and figs. The accommodation itself is simply fantastic! We had all the necessities and luxuries we could wish for, and the large and spacious house was very clean and tastefully decorated. During our stay, when we were not making a trip, we enjoyed the terrace with a very nice swimming pool. Right across the street we had access to our own private space on the beach. We felt like kings and were treated like kings.

The location is great, we love this place! For people who value privacy and nature. The house has absolutely everything you need, for cooking, playing, resting etc. Especially good for families with children. The Gennadi pebble beach has the cleanest water, the Glistra sandy beach is only 14.4 km from villa and of course Prasonisi beach is about 25 minutes with car away. We highly recommend this villa to all not depending on the age!

Really nice and peaceful place, a comfortable villa with the spacious living room decorated in a cozy home style, 2 comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen. good air-condition in each room, the villa with a beautiful sea view, a cozy terrace, a good place to rest after windsurfing, 5-7 minutes walk to Gennadi shops and restaurants, good & nice local cleaning service, responsive, helping with any issues if there are any with the Villa, we recommend it for other guests

Situated in a very quite area but very close to village, the house has everything a family needs. Fully equipped with kitchen appliances, large TV and clean linens.     The hosts were very kind and communicative, and the villa was lovely. The welcome treats were such a thoughtful bonus. The size of the villa was perfect and very clean, plus there was much needed AC in every room. We also loved the seating area in the courtyard. It was a great experience all around!

    Very nice traditional Greek residence we had everything we needed for our night there the kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't had the time to cook, comfortable and spacious place right next to everything in the village. We would like to stay there again if we come to Kattavia. Thank you very much for everything.

    good silent small village for windsurfers. Host prepared some welcome snacks and /drinks, so good surprise. As well Kitchen and Bathroom was prepared with all you need to stay. Really unexpected surprise. Good place to stay and visit again.
