Where do I start? we had a week in Crete and stayed in 6 different places including Rethymno, Heraklion, Agia Pelagia and Chania. This residence was our last night in Crete as we were flying from Chania back home. Everything was perfect for us. The hosts were super accommodating and allowed us to check in much earlier. The whole place was spotless, super clean and as we were the 3rd guests everything was very new and pristine. The hosts provided luxury bedding, towels and every toiletry you can think of, including toothbrushes and toothpaste. The shampoo and conditioner provided left my curly thick hair feeling so soft and smooth that I will be buying it myself!! the facilities in the kitchen left me feeling inadequate for my own kitchen back home! Everything and more is provided. The marble detailing in the bathrooms are stunning, the beds are comfortable and there are plenty of sofa options to sit on. However the best thing about this place is location. Slap bang in the middle of the old town chania harbour. The views are to die for. There are many vantage points. one smaller balcony at the front overlooking the harbour and old town, where you can sit to drink your morning coffee. Then there is another terrace at the back overlooking the old town hustle and bustle. Then there is a huge rooftop terrace with outdoor kitchen, tables, chairs and a gorgeous hanging egg chair. The views you get across the harbour to the lighthouse are literally post card perfect. Stunning. to top it off we saw the giant turtle in the harbour on our last night which was magical! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Dimitris is truly a five-star host! We had the pleasure of staying in a marvelous place. The house was excellent—clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location was perfect: a peaceful heaven just 10 minutes from the center of Platanias and its beautiful beaches. Communication with Dimitris was excellent from the very beginning. He responded promptly to our initial inquiries, provided clear and detailed instructions before our arrival, and stayed in contact throughout our stay to ensure everything was going well. This is an excellent location if you drive as the apartment has private parking, which is quite a challenge in Chania. The apartment is <15 mins walk to historic center along the seafront and will be a romantic stroll in the evenings. The old lighthouse, shopping streets, and seafront restaurants are within easy reach. You can have breakfast in front of the apartment, and the sofa bed is very comfortable with the additional mattress provided. Excellent host that will ensure that your stay and visit to Chania is perfect!

The location is perfect . X4 different beach coves all within east walking distance . We preferred the iguana beach , calm sea and great for snorkelling. The villa is great with on sweet bathrooms and comfy beds all modern . Living space is large with open plan kitchen Pool area has sun light all day and also has a large table in shade which is great .

We had an amazing stay! The villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was a highlight - always clean and perfect for relaxing. The bikes provided were a great bonus and very useful for quick trips to the beach or town. There’s a lovely park nearby, ideal for morning runs and outdoor workouts with pull-up bars and parallel bars. The beach is close, with a volleyball court and beautiful, crystal-clear water. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
