The location was perfect as it was just a walk away from shops, restaurants and bars, but still in a tranquil neighbourhood. The nearest beach was also just 10 minutes away on foot. We received a lovely welcome to the property and the facilities included a very well equipped bathroom, kitchen and living area. The bedrooms had plenty of storage space and the beds were very comfortable. There was also a large barbecue and outside eating area, which was covered to protect against the sun. The people living nearby were very friendly and hospitable and you felt that you were part of a community not just a tourist. We would certainly recommend Pipetos House as an ideal place to stay.

PRO: It is located near a main road so it's easy to get there (no small, narrow roads that tests your driving skills) and it is close to minimarket, the restaurants and the beach. But all that with some dissadvatages (see bellow). The house is lovely, well equipped: full kitchen, lounge area, two bedrooms, medium size bathroom and shower, patio. There is also a big garden and a small barbeque.

Nice house with beautiful veranda in front and garden at the back of it. Lot of room. Spacious bedrooms. The style is close to nature and relaxing as well. Waking up in the morning you can see the light through the leaves of the trees in the backyard. The property was exactly how it was described and photographed. Everything was refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. There was everything that we needed with the amazing attention to detail. The upkeep of the property was admirable- especially the outdoor area. We absolutely loved the private pool. The location was perfect with it being close to restaurants but quiet too. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a unique stay on Corfu, this is it. The house is completely renovated in traditional style and the balcony gives you a wonderful view. We were welcomed by Andreas who proudly showed us the premises. Next to the house is an old olive press (almost a museum), a chapel and vegetable garden. You can see that a lot of love and work went into the project. The family is lovely, generous and seems very happy to share their place. They can be really proud. We wished we stayed longer.
