Haeli Kirkwall is perfect for a couple/small family/small group of friends! The apartment is light and the facilities work spot on. We stayed there three friends and it was perfect for that - It is a good kitchen so we cooked at home most nights. The location is very central as well, which was exactly what we wanted.

The house is well eqquiped, very clean and decorated with so much love. There are so many beautiful details and the house is so cosy. The beds are very comfortable. Frances welcomed us and explained everything we need to know about the house. She is such a lovely and kind person! We enjoyed our stay so much and definitely recommend Binnaquoy. It was the best stay we had in Scotland.

Absolute gem of a stay. Perfect privacy looking out onto a serene landscape and abundant wildlife. The cozy living room is a perfect place to stay and watch the view for hours. This holiday home is perfectly located in the centre of town. It's very comfortable and provided us everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay. There was even a very nice garden to sit in during the long evenings. Though we never met anyone, the service was excellent.
