Owner is there when you arrive, so so friendly and welcoming. Explains everything you need to know which is very quick and simple. There's bindersr explaining everything and labels on switches so you know what they all do. You get left to your own devices and you wouldn't know there was anyone next door but knowing they're there if you need help is amazing. It's so out of the way and peaceful, I'll definitely be back.

We didn't meet hosts, but communication with them was perfect. The place is dreamy, magical, we observed northern lights there, and a doe. (Actually we were a little scared at night, there :) But that's part of the experience of this place.) There are tables and chairs around the house, the children were crazy about the swing above the creek. We appreciate also great selection of desk games. We were surprised little bit by the Aga heat source :) but in our next accomodation in Scotland we already missed it.

GORGEOUS. Dog friendly, owners replied very quickly, well equipped house, very comfy beds and sofa, great location but still quiet.

Very peaceful, surrounded by forest, very comfortable, huge bath big enough for two, wood stove was lovely on the cold nights, deer running past other wild life as well, no phone or Internet signal, perfect digital TV and a selection of dvds.
