From the moment we arrived, the host's warmth and responsiveness made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the assistance provided by our host in lighting the fireplace and promptly addressing any inquiries we had. Additionally, she ensured that the hot tub was ready for us, adding an extra touch of relaxation to our getaway. The cottage itself is simply stunning, with impeccable cleanliness and a wealth of amenities that catered to our every need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with excellent sleep each night. And let's not forget the breathtaking views from the lodge – they truly added to the magic of our stay. Overall, our experience at Heronry Hideaway was nothing short of fantastic, and I can't wait to return.     Oakwood Cottage is a very well equipped and tastefully furnished selfcatering cottage right in the heart of Glencoe village with access to some bootiful walks around the Pap of Glen Coe (Loch Lochan). Not at least to mention the welcome basket filled with delicious goodies & a bottle of vine and the hand-written welcome card of the hosts! All in all: Perfect! :)

    Absolutely everything! Friendly helpful staff,beautiful location and stunning villa.Accomadation had everything we would ever need for a holiday,hot tub was cleaned regularly for us,luxury rooms with a picturesque view of the water.We were there to relax and wild swim and couldn't have wished for a more ideal place to stay!we went self catering but the hotel 2 mins from villa offered fantastic food also, Absolutely perfect!
