Very nice location in a prime location, near to the beach. A free big parking area with a 5 min walk. Everything went smooth with a helpful host. The house is surprisingly huge with modern amenities in all the rooms. The rooms were very clean. There are several seating and dining areas in the balconies. We had a memorable stay . Will recommend for sure.

The house is fantastic, lots of outdoor space and private. We thought some of the outdoor areas would be shared with other properties and were surprised its all private! Huge amount of lovely space with sea views and lovely plants everywhere! The outdoor bbq area was really nice, sheltered from wind with a sound system and fans, a great place to hang out. The kirchen was well stocked and there was good wifi throughout the whole property. There's also a separate office which would be great for remote workers. Massimo was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! He provided some basics in the kitchen for us like bread, fruit and coffee which was great too. The house felt lovely and rural but still close to town, if you're a fast walker you can get to the beach in just under 10 minutes. We would definitely stay again, it was clear Massimo takes great pride in this home and it was fantastic value for money!

The villa is very well located in a quiet, stylish, and well-kept area. There is a big terrace with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay in this villa! It is very clean and cozy. The hosts were extremely friendly; they greeted us personally and explained everything about the villa, as well as a little about the country itself. As a welcome, we received lovely gifts such as wine, coffee, fruit, and sweets. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated the attention. The villa itself is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday, including Wi-Fi and all other essentials. Every single detail was carefully considered. We felt very comfortable here during our 8-day stay—just like at home. We all slept very well and deeply. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-located place to stay in Puerto de la Cruz.

Absolutely lovely house. The house itself was extremely clean, well equipped with high spec things all around. The neighbourhood makes it easy to go places. Check in was very simple and pain free. We enjoyed ourselves like never before... this is definitely our favorite accommodation we've stayed at, even though we travel a lot. Everything in the house is done with attention to detail, everything is cozy, sweet, and made in a way that truly makes you feel at home. The view from the house is beautiful, it's very comfortable to sleep there, and having breakfast in the summer kitchen is just adorable. Ivan is a great host, spontaneous and wonderful, easy going. We were also guests at his restaurant, and the dinner was delicious, as well as the atmosphere. All in all, the rating is more than 10/10. We will definitely come back!

The house is HUGE. So much space. The location is amazing. It is clean, modern and well-equiped. There are restaurnts and grocery shops nearby. There's so many rooms, so many bathrooms and toilets and nice teraces for sun. Perfect for large groups.

The villa was exactly as described. The accommodation was great, the pool and decking area was fantastic. Views of the ocean and volcano were stunning. The sunsets were to die for! Gemma (the host) was so very helpful, kind and on hand if any thing was needed (like recommendations for restaurants, beaches and surf schools). We felt like we lived like locals and had an absolutely great vacation.
