We had an amazing time at Silverwood. Opening the door to a luscious garden and taking a few steps, it was always magical to see pademelons rocketing off into the undergrowth. The house offers amazing views, and you can see the river down in the valley. The interiors and decorations of the house are fantastic. We enjoyed the bath and all of the natural light. Uniquely, the kitchen was fully equipped so you can do proper cooking.

Lovely house. Very welcoming, neat and tidy. Nice views, lots of wildlife. Well set out house. A lot of character with the sailing memorabilia. As a yachtsman from the northern beaches of Sydney it was like coming home.

The location of the property was spot on. All the places we wanted to visit were within a comfortable driving distance from our accommodation. While we had to make our own breakfast, Jo provided every possible item of food and drink we could possibly require. The house was very clean and beds very comfortable. I immediately felt at ease when I entered the house. All facilities (washing machine, dryer, oven etc) were in top condition. Luxuries like a coffee maker were also provided. It felt like a home away from home. Jo arrived just as we had arrived at the accommodation and welcomed us like friends. A lovely lady. I highly recommend Jo's Farmhouse B&B to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable country get away.

This is an exceptional place to stay, enjoy the early morning sunrises over the river and plenty of spaces to take a drink and book and unwind. House has plenty of room and a good kitchen with modern facilities to create meals. . A short stroll will take you into the local village that is well catered with all your needs. If you just want to stop on the treadmill of life this is the place to do it

What an absolute pleasure to stay at Little Oak. It is a simply stunning property, the gardens are beautiful and the outlook over the valley is amazing. Quality furnishings, quality crockery/cutlery, so spotlessly clean. So quiet, so relaxing...it is pure holiday bliss. This property is a must stay when visiting the Huon Valley. I cannot recommend Little Oak more, and will be returning for future visits. Thank you so very much.

Everything was perfect, the eco friendly house, the fresh produce for breakfast, electric blinds and underfloor heating was amazing, wood fire if needed, stunning views, so homely & comfy - amazing outdoor bath! and communication exceellent - could not fault a thing - thank you
