The cottage is actually really nice newly constructed. It has anything you can posibble need - well equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, living room and separate bedroom. The owner is also nice and speaks English. The place is close (30-minute drive) to Lake Kari, which is the starting point for climbing the Aragats mountain ⛰️

Araik is a wonderful host. He was very helpful and attentive. When I went for groceries for the first time, he showed me the shops, explained what to buy, and acquainted me with the owners. He also presented us a delicious watermelon! :) The house is really spacious and comfortable, and has everything for a long stay. As my boyfriend said, "The only thing I lack here, are my home slippers". We had a great week there and are grateful to Araik for his hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious house. Everything was spotless, the pool was clean and refreshing, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
