While I'm at it: very comfortable, large bed, spacious room, big bathroom. All very nice.

Just 30 metres from the pier for boats to the Borromean Islands, La Luna Nel Porto is in Stresa. Each modern suite has a different design and a balcony or patio overlooking Lake Maggiore and the hills. Amazing view from our large lakeside room and probably the most perfect location at the edge of Stresa center. The hotel was close by the attracrions and restaurants, but still nice and quiet. The staff was just great - so friendly and helpful. Not the largest hotel, but it cozy and charming. The Italian brekfast was plenty enough for us - fresh, tasty and good value. We will come back.

Quiet, many fewer tourists than other more famous villages, great food choices on the waterfront, ferry service, excellent walks (up over to Cannobio), it has it all. And this hotel is a gem. Junior suite upstairs is wonderful. Great breakfast, excellent staff.

It was a 15th century Monastery renovated into a stunning hotel in a great location. Our rooms and bathrooms were beautiful, comfy and large. The concierge was so helpful in assisting us with dining suggestions, securing a taxi as well as helping to take our bags to the taxi location. She truly went above and beyond. Breakfast was included and the best I've ever had during my many travels. The dining room was visually stunning. I can't say enough, it was fantastic! I highly recommend Hotel Pironi in the stunning location of Cannobio.

Hotel Casa Arizzoli offers free parking and a large garden. It is just a few steps from the centre of the mediaeval hamlet of Cannobio Beautiful property and felt so welcome as we had to do a late check in after a day of traveling. Loved our room and hosts. Breakfast was fantastic.
