The property is non-smoking and is set 600 metres from La Concha Beach. Our stay was absolutely fantastic, I know it sounds hyperbolic but the entire experience was impressive. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and spacious and well thought out. The location was perfect being a short walk to the train, beach and old town while also being quiet.

Water sports, boating, kayaking, and canoeing are available in the surroundings. Evreythink was bright, nicely designed and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Tasty breakfast. Good parking at the location and not too long walk to the city.

I had the best sleep ever here: a super comfortable huge bed, a clean and very quiet room, and even a tea-tray. I was in heaven. The hosts were charming, and Marco was so helpful with practical advice about buses to catch and sights to see. Yes it’s a little way out from the old town, but it’s close to the surfing beach and plenty of nice cafes here too, with more reasonable costs. Highly recommended!

All air-conditioned rooms come with a TV and a private bathroom. Beautiful place. Stone ,wooden beams but ultra modern. Great views. Friendly helpful staff. I had an excellent t bone steak and nice wine for my evening meal. There was a good breakfast included in the price, a good selection of hams, bread , cheese , cereal . They will also make you scrambled eggs. Make sure to ask what’s included in the price for the evening meal . We assumed it was a la carte but actually there was a fixed price for a “cena “. We would have chosen differently if we’d known this.

It exceeded my expectations, given it's advertised as a 3-star hotel, felt more like a 5 star. The location is excellent, saw the most breathtaking sunrise there, over the sea.
