Surrounded amidst impressive Karst mountains, Yangshuo Mountain Retreat is located at the edge of Yulong River. Free WiFi access is available. Free parking space is offered. Guests can rent bikes for free at the property. The location right on the river was spectacular. Beautiful views, great front garden. While no pool is advertised, there is a little splash pool that was perfect and deep enough for our kids (and an adult) to cool off in. We moved from a cheaper hotel here as, between the superb location, free bikes, and helpful staff, the higher accomodation costs were covered by fewer taxi rides and equipment rentals. We were so glad we made the move. All the staff are fantastic and helpful and make arranging things much easier. The food was also great with Western and Chinese options.

Just 5 km from Yangshuo, The Giggling Tree is an unique guest house which is located in the tiny village of Little Mountain Gate. It features traditional farmhouses, a beautiful courtyard and an outdoor swimming pool. Free WiFi access is available. The Giggling Tree was just perfect! It is an amazing hotel - friendly and welcoming, lovely room with amazing views, wonderful staff and restaurant. Laura was simply brilliant and made some great food recommendations. Eating in the quaint courtyard restaurant area was perfect, especially the Beer fish from the Lijiang River! Great dumplings too! And the pool was a nice bonus with fantastic views. Good bicycles to rent and trips/taxis can be organised. We'd love to return again one day - the scenery is simply unforgettable! Thank you Laura! Tim and Ann

For making our stay so seamlessly easy and memorable. Our visit to Ping’an and Longji Holiday hotel were amongst our most favourite. Mai’s English language skills made it so easy. We ate rice, bamboo shoots, green veggies and drank tea all grown in her families terrace garden. Mai organised a taxi to collect us from Guilin airport and another taxi to take us to Yangshuo when we left.

Nestled in a small village among the untouched and Protected Karst Hills, our unique location is well away from the bustling, noisy West Street yet close to local beauty spots. There are many local restaurants nearby. We loved every minute of our 10-day stay at Eden! The staff were incredibly friendly and the view from the rooms were beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet in this part of Yangshuo, and we were glad we decided to stay out here. There are small markets nearby, and a bunch of restaurants you can walk to. Also a place to rent an e-bike right across the street. Would definitely return again!

This homestay offers free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. Guests can make use of the picnic area or the seasonal outdoor pool, or enjoy views of the mountain and quiet street. We stayed for 9 nights and the staff were very hospitable and were especially helpful when we left some of our belongings behind. They helped us ship it all the way to Shanghai for us! We especially enjoyed the pool and the location is wonderful, only a 8minute scooter ride from the main part of town with beautiful scenery without all the hustle and bustle! Can't recommend this accom enough, will be staying again in the future!
