Christine provided very detailed information about the key and self-check-in. It was very easy and clear to us on the arrival what is where :). It felt that we know the place very well indeed, that it is not the first time we visit it. The apartment is very nice and clean. Everything is just as described on Bookings. It was far too hot for us, but as per Christine's advice, we adjusted the heating ourselves.

Perfect location – close to all the facilities at the same time peaceful and quiet. Building looks modest from the outside but gains on closer acquaintance. Very good layout, lift to the garage and garage itself is a great value especially on a snowy day. Apartment was very well equipped and comfortable and, most of, all perfectly clean. Very good communication with the host - clear information on the apartment, accessories, how to collect keys and ect. it was very helpful. Last but not least - welcoming wine - much appreciated! I will definitely consider Parsennresidenz when I am next in Davos.
