Everything is clean, spotless, new, and everything works goodly. And the best moment is the room with washing machines. Our room didn't have a fridge; but we were given a great thermos with a lot of ice what was a perfect substitute for a minibar. The breakfast room is very roomy and nice. An excellent choice of hot drinks, and baked goods. And the big bad, fluffy pillows are very comfy for sleeping. Also, we received a few additional hours for the later check out. The restaurant Alexander serves Swiss specialties and offers different Pizza varieties and delivery service in the hotel. Very good value for money, near train station, restaurants and the family room was really huge and plus the jacuzzi was really great. Our family had fun. The food was also really good.
