The Schloßbergbahn Funicular is a 5-minute walk away. Very helpful staff, I was travelling with heavy intercontinental luggage, and while there is no elevator, they helped me with the luggage. Very convenient location near the tourist spots for eating and sightseeing. The breakfast was diverse, and the restaurant was convenient for an easy local lunch/dinner. The housekeeping managed to complete their clean/tidy on my second day while I was having breakfast, very convenient.
