The location was great, very close to the beach and dragon bridge. The place is new, so everything was in great condition. We got joined rooms, which was convenient. Bath with city view was also a nice add-on. The staff was very nice and helpful!

The room was super clean, extremely well maintained, they provided shampoo and shower gel. Couldn't have asked for more at that price. The beach was very close by, a 2 mins walking distance , the airport was around 6 kilometres. One of the most well maintained places I have stayed in the budget

So friendly and helpfull staff.Room and bathroom was super clean. They put us in a bigger room on arrival without us asking. Room has a mini kitchen with refrigerator,kettle and cooking plate. They arranged scooter for us at good price. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Beautiful spacious room with a big balcony with green plants.(We booked the biggest one.) Very helpful and kind owner, Nha, who made his best to comfort our stay. When I had forgotten my bag in a restaurant he immediately drove me with his moped to pick it up. We enjoyed their tasty breakfasts. Try their different noodlesoups, they taste so good! They called trustful taxidrivers for us and helped with whatever we asked about. Lots of nice restaurants around the corner and you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. We will miss this hotel, but hope to come back one day ...

Excellent Choice for a Relaxing Stay in Da Nang I had a wonderful stay at Sam Hotel and Apartment. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was well-maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed — perfect for both short and extended stays. The location is ideal — just minutes from My Khe Beach and close to cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Despite its central location, the hotel feels calm and private, which I really appreciated. One of the highlights was the cleanliness of the entire property. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. I also appreciated the availability of kitchen facilities in the room, which made my stay more flexible and convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in Da Nang. It exceeded my expectations and I would gladly return.

I had arranged an airport pickup in advance but didn’t receive a response before my arrival. When I arrived in the city, I took a taxi to the address listed in the booking. Unfortunately, it seemed there was some confusion with the property’s location, as I couldn’t find the hotel under the expected name. I tried reaching out by phone and messages several times without success, so I eventually decided to stay at another nearby place for the night. Although it was a bit disappointing, I hope the hotel can improve communication and location details for future guests — as it looks like a lovely place once everything is clarified
