Peter was a star. Soft spoken and caring very compassionate and helpful. This guys is a gem to your estsblishment. I stayed at many hotels. The recetionist/lobby guys make your stay enjoyable. Peter was exceptional. I was so impressed that I invited him to visit me in South Africa. A real star.
