Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

We had a pleasant experience and we rested a lot, the room was very clean, everything organized, spacious, we stayed in a room with two beds. The pool space is very nice. Nearby there are places to have breakfast and buy food. Montauk is a spectacular place and our stay here was very good

An absolute find! A lovely little hotel/motel right on the beach. Clean, functional room, large, updated bathroom, hairdryer, stove top, utensils, microwave and large fridge/freezer. Nice, comfortable beds, aircon (and heating if needed). We really enjoyed our stay here.
