Staff is soooo helpful with everything. Rooms are nice and clean. And the have balconies facing the mountains and trains. It was so cool. If u can’t sleep with a pit of noise ask for quieter room but the noise is worth of view. Breakfast is good They hold your bags for free even after you have checked out.

This was honestly the best place we stayed on our trip to Peru! They had hot showers, nice fluffy towels, were super clean and had an amazing hair dryer in the room - which was a lovely surprise. The staff were excellent, they helped us out when we arrived super early due to transport issues, and were super communicative through the whole stay. Across our group we rented four rooms, and it was unanimously voted the best accommodation of the trip, would definitely stay again!

I love the fact that they have an English-speaking front desk, a lift to go to the floor, better sanitation, and hot water compared to other hotels, budget around 60 bucks this will be a perfect hotel, i had 6 6th floor had an amazing view of the river, decent breakfast and they let us store luggage while we visited MP. Also, they let us wait in the lobby instead of the station's waiting room.

This accommodation felt like home. It was very clean, comfortable and big enough for a couple of days. The property is close to the train station and the main centre of activity. It was very quiet despite the location. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was good. This is a great budget place to stay in Aguas Calientes.

I booked a room at Flower's House to rest for a few hours, I was coming from Machu Picchu and had to wait 5/6h until my train's departures. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff were really kind. They let me have a "breakfast" after hours, since I was not going to spend the night and it was included. If I knew, I would have stayed at this hotel all my time in Águas Calientes.
