Nawab is a great host. He is very attentive and will be able to give the best advices. The pictures on the website are similar that the accommodation. It's very clean, equipped with air conditioning, and above all one of the best value for money. Nawab is very open and always ready to help you. I recommend this accommodation with eyes closed.

The interior of this property is super relaxing complete with table tennis and darts options if you’re wanting to play some games. The location was very ideal. Near to Colombo Fort. Mr Kuberan the front officer was very helpful and assisted us with the booking of our transport the next day at 5am, although it was a bit tough in finding a Uber at that time of the morning. Thank you for all the assistance rendered. The room was very clean and we had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed here with my family for 11 days. The apartment location is good, and easy connectivity with the city center. Staff is cooperative, they cleanup the room every 3 days. It has a washing machine and gas, so very useful for long stay. Apartment is spacious and good for 6 members Pool View is excellent. Silent place and the bed is comfortable.
