The breakfast buffet was the best we have had during our trip in Japan. Many options, from Asian to Western. The room and bathroom were also quite big and modern. The location was also good, a 20-minute walk to Kumamoto castle and there is a nearby bus station where a direct bus departures to the Aso Volcano. Also only a few minutes walking distance from the shopping street with many bars and restaurants.

That’s really an amazing hotel I have ever stay in when visiting Japan. The location is great, 3min walk to the bus or train station, 5min walk to the business street. And the room contains everything I needed and big enough for open my luggage. Also, I like the SPA lounge in floor 12th. It has a nice view for the Kumamoto Castle. The staff are nice as always and I would like to stay here again once I visit Kyushu area.

Its location is very convenient as the shopping street is right next to it. Very polite and helpful staff. The front desk lady helped me look for hospitals that accepted foreigners by calling them one by one in the middle of the night. The room is very clean.
