Lovely clean rooms, and all facilities were excellent. I loved the happy hour. Laundry facilities were great, and I enjoyed being able to help myself to bathroom products (e.g. lotions, razer, face mask, etc.). Staff were so helpful and attentive.

Location was great, really close to the main bus station and train/subway stations. Close to great restaurants and shopping mall. The room was clean and comfortable, with several amenities available by the front desk. We were even able to borrow an umbrella. Breakfast was good with different options available.

It was an excellent place to stay. The room was spacious and affordable. It had a good location, close to the Shinkansen station. The staff was very friendly. I only stayed for two days, but it was a great place overall.

This hotel is in a fantastic location and within walking station of Hamamatsu Train Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are lots of different restaurants in close walking distance and the area is very safe. Breakfast was supplied downstairs and was OK. This hotel was the best value hotel we had in our 3 weeks in Japan. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was excellent, very clean, staff superb. Bathroom plumbing interesting and wasn’t sure about the extra stainless steel sink in the bedroom. Happy hour with free welcome drinks was nice

The location is perfect.. 2 min walk to center and JR station.. quite busy city.. and loved my walk to the dunes and have stroll on top of the dunes and beach.. seriously nice to be away from people once in a while

Location superb. Staff was friendly, speaks adequate english. Comfortable bed. Room is slightly bigger than the usual japanese chain hotel. Welcome drink was nice. Its a shame i did not get to spend more time in the hotel. Will stay again.
