The hotel and facilities were really nice and clean with ample parking. Staff were extremely helpful with everything we needed and were able to speak english which made things even easier. The open air bath was well kept and pleasant to use with instructions available in different languages, they even provided bathrobes, slippers and carry bags to take toiletries etc to the bath.

The room is equipped with everything you may need, including a view on Mt.Fuji if you're lucky. The onsen was nice, and besides body soap and shampoo it also had all types of cleansing foam and lotions around the sink. Breakfast was buffet but Japanese style.

I’m backpacking across Japan and stayed here with the goal of visiting Mt. Fuji. The tatami room and large bath allowed me to experience traditional Japan. The staff were incredibly friendly, always looking up information and helping me out. It’s within walking distance of Fuji Station and Tatebori Station. After a relaxing bath, I enjoyed Japanese sake—it was a complimentary welcome drink. There were other international travelers as well, which made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place for those who want to experience a traditional Japanese inn at an affordable price.
