Room spacious and well-equipped. The beautiful garden view was soothing and refreshing. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful and polite. He tried his very best to answer our every question and helped arranging our stargazing night tour efficiently. Breakfast was good.

The hotel included a really nice onsen with convenient hours. The hotel offered great amenities, such as bottled water, and supplies for the onsen. The room itself was very private, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

My sister had a 6mo and I was 27 weeks pregnant and we traveled here to explore the Kiso Valley and the Nakasendo Trail. We are from Tasmania, Australia and Hotel Kisoji was absolutely amazing accommodation, comfort levels, onsen provision and incredible delicious food. I would highly recommend Hotel Kisoji to anyone. They are so accommodating.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. All the staff were exceptionally kind and efficient, providing all the necessary information about our stay at the time of check-in. As it is a newly built hotel, everything feels fresh and well-maintained. Both the room and the facilities matched exactly what was shown and described in the listing. The buffet-style breakfast was fresh and offered a wide variety. We truly enjoy Japanese cuisine, so we appreciated it very much.
