My stay at Houseboat Wild Rose was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such kindness that it felt more like staying with family than in a hotel. The houseboat is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with stunning views of Dal Lake.The homemade food was delicious and full of authentic Kashmiri flavors – every meal felt special. The location is great. The hotel organized my taxis from and to the airport. They also suggested and arranged a Shakara 2 hour boat trip. It's git views to the waterway in front of the hotel where you can board the boat. There is an easy 5 minute walk to the "boulevard" with shops and restaurants.

Everything about the hotel was great. Amazing heating system with helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to each and everyone of the hotel. Food was amazing and Tasty food in ala carte menu. the property was in a very peaceful area. Rooms were super clean with a huuuuge and clean toilet with good heating and hot water. We got an upgrade for a suite. Definitely coming back if we are traveling to Srinagar! Thank you so much zulfi sir and team.
