My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again

The fact that pool stayed open after 9 and we were enjoying the vibe under the Pavillion while kids enjoyed swimming

I had a 26 hour layover in Guam after leaving Saipan, so this wasn't a planned visit. The suite was exceptional, tastefully designed and decorated and everything looked new. This was a very comfortable place to ride out my layover. I did explore the surroundings but there were no sidewalks in this area, so I didn't stray too far. There were shops within walking distance to buy meals and snacks. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to check-in early without an additional charge.
