The location of the hotel was very good: across the river from the train station and in front of the bus stop from the airport, and less than 10 minutes walking from the Old Town or the Playa de la Concha. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities needed to have a pleasant stay. The staff was very warm and welcoming.

The hotel had a local feel about it. The staff were terrific and willing to help out with anything. We had a great stay and the breakfast was very good.

I enjoyed the design of the hotel, it was fun and comfortable to stay at. Rooms are well-equipped, I also loved the selection of teas and drip coffee. Breakfast was also nice. Walk to the city center is 20-25 minutes, but you can walk through a beautiful park.

The location of the hotel is nice on a hill, bit off from the city center. They have a nice gym. The staff is awesome, friendly and flexible. The room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. We were travelling with a dog, so that was taken into account very well. There was a small dog bed in the room, bowl and some treats as well.

Greatly located in the city center and close to the train station. The receptionist was exceptionally good, she made us feel comfortable and welcome from the first moment. The room was great, comfortable and clean.

The staff at réception or in the cafétéria werevery helpful. We could even have breakfast before the opening time (we were catching an early train') The decor is exceptional a bit old fashioned but smart so different from the modern hôtels. The location was exceptional right on the beach. The food was good in the restaurant.
