The room was a good size, the amenities excellent, and the food delicious. The service was both professional and attentive, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was its staff - their warmth, hospitality, and responsiveness made our stay unforgettable. We’re deeply grateful for their kindness in welcoming us to the beautiful town of Fenghuang. A special thank you and our very best wishes to Mr Liu. Without hesitation, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to my friends and fellow travellers.

One of the best stays we had while traveling in China. The hosts were some of the friendliest people we've met in the trip. They were extremely helpful in helping us with our luggages, calling taxis for us, helping us book boat tours and introducing walking areas around the city. They also provided amazing recommendations for restaurants nearby, even walking us to the restaurant itself. They were always concerned about us and taking care of us, we were very grateful and touched! The room itself had amazing view of the ancient city and it's river. It was spacious and the amenities were very high quality.

We had a wonderful stay at Moon River View Hotel. The room looked exactly like the pictures, was extremely clean and had all of the amenities which we could possibly need. The location was slightly further away from the main area, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all because the walk along the river was lovely, especially at night. It will be an ideal location if you want to avoid the noise from the main bridge area, since the restaurants around there are open till quite late at night. What we appreciated the most about the hotel was the service provided by their staff. We would like to especially commend Mr Teng, their caretaker, who showed such great hospitality during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely visit again if I have the chance to.

Very nice place, host has been remarkably helpful and friendly. He even walked me to a taxi early in the morning to go to the train station on the day of departure. Excellent location in close proximity to the eastern gate within the old city. Highly recommended. Thank you very much 🙏🏻.

    The room was very confortable and clean. The location is perfect, very central and yet in a small quiet street from the evening agitation of the old town. I had the best welcoming ever, the host was so attentive and generous with me, I can’t thank him enough for making my solo travel very safe and pleasant.     EXCELLENT LOCATION, Very clean and tidy, you get a very scenic view from the room balcony, the owners are so friendly helpful and will meet you when you arrive, give you information on the map of the place and where to go ( the instructions to get to this place is very well explained) Highly recommend this place. P.s it was my birthday on the day I arrived and they gave me delicious fruits. Thankyou very much
