The people (the manager at the reception, the waiters and the cleaner etc) were super friendly, helpful and altogether! Very clean hotel and rooms, breakfast was tasty too. The dinner we ordered on a couple of occasions also didn’t disappoint. Overall, our experience was amazing and the location refreshing with stunning views!

The location was in a calm, natural surrounding on the outskirts of Bad Ragaz. Delicious Breakfast, with an option to have lunch bag prepared (best to ask for it with 30min advance, it can be delivered to the room too). Very helpful and professional staff. There was an access to sauna and the outside pool.

Very nice stay at this hotel in Switzerland. The staff were friendly and welcoming, everything was clean and the location was convenient - close to the essentials, but also in a quiet area that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. A convenient stop at Bad Ragaz.. only 10 minutes walk from station. Everything we needed for a three night stay in Bad Ragaz. We were on the 3rd floor room 9. My sister slept on a fold down bed and found it comfortable!! Large main bedroom and a lovely balcony to sit on in the afternoon. Construction is nearby but didn't affect us. Laundry in basement was an added bonus !!! Apartment was spotless!!! Shower hot and welcoming after long walks up from Maienfeld train Station to Heididorf!!! Buses only run on weekends .. Large COOP supermarket just straight ahead following the river. Very pretty friendly town

Very nice and attentive stuff. Super tasty breakfast. Rooms are cosy, big balcony. Stylish interior, made with love. Very central location, 3 Minutes walk to the famous TAMINA THERME. Will be back!
