Great place in Semmering, a beautiful area which used to be visited by Freud himself. The staff were kind enough to let me check in before the official check in time. The breakfast is fantastic, they will cook your eggs according to your wishes. The room is a bit old-fashioned but good quality and, at least in my case, with a wonderful view. Great bathroom. The sauna and spa were open the whole day and night. All in all, one of the best places I ever stayed in

We had a nice stay at this family friendly hotel. Communication was prompt and easy. The staff was super friendly, the rooms comfortable and clean with a lot of storage space and a nice balcony with a good view. The food (we had half-board) was plentyful and very good. The area is lovely for walks and excursions. There is a small swimming lake a 10 minutes drive away. There is a good playground at the hotel and safe for children to be out playing. We can recommend this hotel for both young and old guests.

Whole Gasthof was very clean and had a homey atmosphere. We felt very welcome. Having in-house restaurant is very convenient, especially in an area where there ate not many. All our wishes/requests were accommodated.
